Rock Your Chit*-Asana!
Advanced Asana Practices
(see dates below)
In these rocking asana practices we will work towards Anusara syllabus 2 and 3 poses. Laura will be on the mat practicing along side you. The playful and supportive atmosphere will be created by all attending.
PREREQUISITE: You absolutely must be able to do handstand at the wall on your own and Urdhva Danurasana with straight arms, have no therapeutic concerns, and have a good working understanding of the Anusara Universal Principles of Alignment.
BRING: Any props you might need. Sometimes it is great to have some blocks and straps for attempting advanced poses. Please bring!
*CHIT = Supreme Consciousness. Self-realization. Self-awareness. Self-knowing. A deep awareness of the Divine. An awakening to Grace. The recognition, remembrance and realization of the deepest essence. Discovering the bliss of being.

These practices are very intimate with a maximum of 14 participants. Please reserve space early as they always fill up.
