Deposit:
There is a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your space unless you registered before Aug. 1, 2011 and are on the payment plan (please see below.) The balance is due in full by April 1, 2012. You do not need to find your own roommate, but of you course you can if you'd like. You will be assigned one of the same sex if you do not request someone specific. For triples, we can only guarantee the triple rate if and when we can confirm two roommates for you.

+ All Anusara Yoga classes with Laura.
+ All yoga space rental fees.
+ All accommodations.
+ Required 21% tax and service charges.
+ 3 nights at Desa Seni, Canggu.
+ 3 nights at Nirarta Centre, Sidemen.
+ 6 nights at Alam Shanti, Ubud.
+ All 12 breakfasts.
+ 7 lunches (3 at Desa Seni, 3 at Nirarta Centre, 1 at Sari Organik in Ubud).
+ 9 dinners. (3 at Desa Seni, 3 at Nirarta, 2 at Laka Leke & 1 at Clear Cafe in Ubud).
+ Transport from Airport to Desa Seni.
+ Transport from Desa Seni to Sidemen.
+ Transport from Sidemen to Ubud.
+ Traditional Balinese Dance Performance.
+ Visit to Tirta Empul and water purification ceremony with Balinese Priest.
Does Not include:
+ International flight to Ngurah Rai Airport in Denpasar (DPS) Airfare.
+ Bali entry visa ($25).
+ Bali departure airport tax (Rp 150,000 or ~ US$17.)
+ Travel insurance. It is highly recommended that you purchase this!
+ Additional optional activities/excursions/day trip/spa treatments not listed above.
+ Airport Transportation from Alam Shanti/Ubud to DPS. (Transport from the airport to Desa Seni IS included).
+ Alcoholic drinks or additional beverages.
+ Gratuities (The required 5% service charge is covered. However extra gratuities for the staff are appreciated.)
Important Information:
+ It is highly recommended that you purchase travel insurance. Recommendations are: www.worldnomads.com, www.travelex.com or www.statravel.com. Click here to find a "cancel for any reason" plan. There are several others to choose from.
+ This will be an intimate retreat and is limited to only 20 or
fewer participants (and 2 group leaders). Please reserve your space early to ensure your spot.
+ Fly into and out of the (Denpasar) Ngurah Rai International (DPS) airport.
